Job Summary
We are seeking a professional Chauffeur to provide reliable and courteous driving services. Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles, including luxury cars and vans, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Transport clients to various destinations in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or packages, including heavy lifting when required
- Maintain the cleanliness and basic maintenance of vehicles, reporting any issues promptly
- Plan routes efficiently to optimise travel time and avoid delays
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules
- Uphold a professional appearance and behaviour at all times, representing the organisation positively
Requirements
- Proven experience as a driver, preferably with commercial driving or delivery driver background
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Strong driving skills with knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary for luggage or cargo handling
- Excellent communication skills to interact politely with clients and team members
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge to identify minor issues and ensure vehicle safety
- Reliable, punctual, organised, and discreet in handling client information and travel arrangements
