Winchesters Lettings are looking for a Property Viewing Agent to work in our Aberdeen office. The successful candidate must be happy working alone and as part of a team as the role will be split between being on the road and being in the office.
The ideal candidate would have some experience in the property industry, although this is not essential. They will be confident, outgoing and well presented as will be representing the company and entering people’s homes to conduct viewings and inspections. Attention to detail is essential.
The successful candidate will need to be happy speaking to viewers, current tenants and Landlords as well as liaising with our Maintenance Team within the office.
The job consists of:
- Showing prospective tenants around properties
- Supporting with front of house duties
- Handling queries and viewing requests
- Working with the maintenance team with any issues spotted during viewings & inspections
Full training and company vehicle for during working hours provided.
All applicants must be happy being around animals as the office is Dog-Friendly, and a valid, clean driving licence is also a requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
