Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable F Gas Trainer to lead the training and development of professionals in the safe handling and management of fluorinated greenhouse gases (F Gas). As an F Gas Trainer, you will deliver engaging training sessions, develop comprehensive educational materials, and support ongoing professional growth within the team. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs on F Gas regulations, safety procedures, and technical skills.
- Conduct practical training sessions for technicians, engineers, and other relevant personnel to ensure understanding of F Gas handling, installation, maintenance, and disposal.
- Assess trainees’ progress through evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Stay current with evolving industry standards, legal requirements, and technological advancements related to F Gas management.
- Maintain detailed training records, certifications, and compliance documentation for audit purposes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored training solutions that meet specific operational needs.
- Promote a safety-first mindset by emphasizing best practices in environmentally responsible refrigerant management.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Proven experience in plumbing or HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems with a focus on refrigerant handling.
- Strong teaching or training background with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in IT tools for creating presentations, training modules, and tracking progress.
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple training sessions and maintain accurate records.
- Knowledge of F Gas regulations and certification requirements is essential.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and confidently across various levels of an organization.
- Teaching qualification AET, TAQA, PTTLS or equivalent is essential.
