Renowned for exceptional hospitality, fine dining, and memorable guest experiences, we are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to become an essential part of our kitchen team.

The Role
As Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates efficiently and safely. Supporting our chefs and front-of-house team, you will help maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities

Washing dishes, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen, pot wash, and storage areas.

Assisting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly.

Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely and efficiently.

Supporting the chefs with basic food preparation when required.

Ensuring all cleaning schedules and hygiene procedures are completed.

Following Food Safety, Health & Safety, and COSHH regulations at all times.

Helping maintain a safe, organised, and efficient working environment.

Working collaboratively with the wider hotel team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
