Overview
We are seeking 2 professional and organised part-time. 5 day week - Mornings or Afternoons Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming environment while efficiently managing administrative tasks. This role offers an opportunity to utilise strong communication skills.
Duties
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer incoming calls promptly, using excellent phone etiquette, and direct enquiries appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meetings using calendar software
- Perform data entry tasks accurately.
- Maintain organised records and files,
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and postal mail
- Assist with administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
- Support team members with miscellaneous clerical tasks to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
- Proven reception and administrative background is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Organised with strong time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Reception and Admin experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate

Pay: £17,000.00-£18,000.00 per year
