What are we looking for?
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager with previous retail mobile experience to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability to meet customer demand
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting
- Uphold health and safety regulations within the store environment
Skills
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with customers, staff, and suppliers
- Proven experience in sales management and retail operations
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team effectively
- Organisational skills to maintain efficient store operations
- Demonstrated leadership qualities to inspire and guide the team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £33,000.00 per year
