Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented manager to manage our customer services and returns systems, and control our small, controlled inventory site stock system. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing the return of products, maintaining customer relations, managing and accurately recording stock levels, and implementing quality assurance measures to enhance our operations. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our brand and ensuring that our customers have a seamless customer journey.
Duties
- Manage our returns process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient handling of returned items.
- Collaborate with Operations and Purchasing departments to streamline returns, and create a continuously improving workspace.
- Address customer enquiries, providing exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.
- Maintain high standards, through quality assurance checks on parts and services.
- Manage and maintain the small amount of stock we have on site for same day dispatch.
Skills
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience with automotive parts is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration across departments.
- Initiative led & problem-solving mindset.
- Competent with Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Pay starts at £16.00 and hour, scaling to £16.50 an hour once fully trained.
