Direct Interiors North West Limited is hiring a Full-Time Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing interior fit-out team. Based at our main office in Deeside (CH5), we deliver high-quality commercial interiors across the region and need a dual-role professional to price projects accurately and manage them seamlessly from concept to completion.
- Job Title: Estimator / Project Manager
- Location: Garden City, Deeside (CH5 2HX)

- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Quantify Materials: Measure drawings and compile accurate bills of quantities.
- Source Quotes: Negotiate with sub-contractors and material suppliers.
- Submit Tenders: Prepare detailed, competitive commercial fit-out bids.
- Manage Sites: Oversee live projects, ensuring safety and quality standards.
- Track Budgets: Control project variations, costs, and final accounts.
- Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven track record in interior fit-out estimating and management.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in Excel and modern estimating software.
- Trade Knowledge: Deep understanding of partitioning, ceilings, joinery, and finishes.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills and a professional client-facing manner.
- Mobility: Full UK driving licence to travel to regional site locations.

Preferred Qualifications
