Help shape better outcomes for children and young people in Bury
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Data and Intelligence Analyst to join Bury's Youth Justice Service (YJS), part of our innovative and ambitious Adolescent Service.
This is an exciting opportunity to use your analytical skills to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families. Working within a multi-agency environment, you will provide high-quality data analysis, performance reporting and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making, service improvement and positive outcomes for young people.
The Youth Justice Service works closely with children, families and partner agencies to reduce offending, prevent re-offending and address the vulnerabilities that can impact a young person's future. In this role, you will help ensure that data and intelligence are at the heart of service delivery, enabling practitioners and managers to understand emerging trends, measure impact and continuously improve services.
The successful candidate will have, skills in Microsoft Office packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams and also good written, verbal and visual communication skills. You will need an eye for details and good organisation skills to be able to work in a busy team that strives for continuous improvement.
Normal hours of work are 37 hours per week based around the usual business working week. Dependent on service requirements, you may be required to work on a rota basis.
This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and office-based working. However, the successful candidate will be required to attend our office in Bury on a regular basis to support collaboration, meetings, and service delivery
