We have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing assistant to join our team. Working from our Haywards Heath office known locally as Colemans, you will be a valued part of this friendly, professional and dynamic firm that has 8 offices and over 100 staff in total.
The successful candidate will be working one to one with a senior solicitor at the firm. It is expected that you will have the experience and expertise to provide support at all stages of transactions from having an excellent understanding of AML requirements at onboarding stage through to post completion work.
This role is for a candidate that is committed to a career in residential property. It offers huge career potential both for those that wish to develop a career providing invaluable support and those wishing to work towards qualifying as a CILEX, licensed conveyancer or residential property solicitor.
It is essential that candidates have experience working in a law firm's residential property team. For candidates that are looking to qualify as a residential property solicitor we will only consider those that wish to qualify via the SQE route. Excellent IT and communication skills are essential. The role is office based and so candidates must live within easy commuting distance of Haywards Heath.
