We're looking for an exceptional Commercial Director to join our senior leadership team based at our Uxbridge office. This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced commercial leader who can shape strategy, strengthen customer partnerships and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.
As Commercial Director, you'll lead the development and execution of our commercial strategy across key customer channels. You'll be responsible for growing revenue and profitability, strengthening strategic customer relationships and ensuring our commercial plans are fully aligned with our operational and business objectives.
Working closely with colleagues across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Technical, you'll help shape the future direction of the business while creating long-term value for our customers and stakeholders.

You'll be an accomplished senior commercial leader with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth within a complex FMCG or food manufacturing environment.

Significant experience leading commercial functions at a senior level.

Experience within fresh food, pork, poultry, protein or chilled food manufacturing.

Strong relationships and credibility with major UK retail customers.

Outstanding negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Proven experience developing and implementing successful commercial strategies.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, including full P&L responsibility.
