Interview
GPA policy is for interviews to be held face to face, with virtual interviews only by absolute exception. The date and location will be confirmed if you are invited to interview. At interview, applicants will be scored against 3 behaviours - Working Together , Communicating and Influencing, and Delivering at Pace.
Interview questions will be a blend of Behaviour, Experience, and Technical based questions.

Existing Civil Servants and applicants from accredited NDPBs are eligible to apply, but will only be considered on loan basis (Civil Servants) or secondment (accredited NDPBs).
