Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi-Skilled Painter & Decorator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality painting, decorating, and general maintenance work across residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.
Duties
- Internal and external painting and decorating
- Surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and priming
- Wallpaper hanging and removal
- Basic plaster repairs and making good
- Minor carpentry, tiling, and maintenance tasks
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Maintaining clean and tidy work areas
- Liaising professionally with clients and site managers
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in painting & decorating or equivalent.
- A valid driving licence is required for site visits across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Organised with good attention to detail to ensure flawless finishes on all projects.

Working Hours: 37 ½ per week
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
