The Academy
This is not a role where you are handed a script and expected to sell on day one.
Instead, you will join our Academy and work alongside experienced advisers and partners every day from our York office.
You'll receive continuous coaching, mentoring and practical experience before progressing to become a fully qualified Estate Planning Adviser.
Your First Role
Initially your responsibility is not to sell.
Your role is to:
● Meet clients and conduct structured fact-finding meetings.
● Build trust and understand each family's circumstances.
● Gather accurate financial and personal information.
● Identify potential planning needs.
● Prepare comprehensive case files for our senior advisers.
● Observe recommendation meetings delivered by experienced partners.
● Learn our systems, planning philosophy and client journey.
As your knowledge and confidence develop, you will gradually take a more active role in client meetings before ultimately progressing to managing your own clients.

Our Recruitment Process

Successful applicants will be invited to attend an iTrust Academy Selection Event, where you'll meet our leadership team, learn about the Academy and take part in an interactive group assessment before progressing to the final interview stage.
