Front of House Team Member – Chocoberry Longsight

Chocoberry is opening in Longsight, Manchester, and we're looking for friendly, confident and enthusiastic Front of House Team Members to join our new team.
Chocoberry offers a wide range of desserts, drinks and hot food in a vibrant café environment. We're looking for people who can provide excellent customer service and help create a welcoming experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, attentive service
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serving food, desserts and drinks
- Using the till/POS system and handling payments
- Preparing and presenting selected drinks and front-of-house items
- Managing dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the customer areas
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident and customer-focused
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Previous café, restaurant, dessert parlour or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
