About the Role
Stirling is an important base for organisations working across commercial services property projects procurement and business operations and at Aljazira Projects and Commercial Services we focus on creating well structured commercial agreements that support sustainable business growth.
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Contracts Manager who can take ownership of contract development negotiation performance monitoring and commercial risk across a varied portfolio of suppliers clients and project partners.
You will work closely with procurement finance operations project teams and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are commercially sound clearly documented and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Contract Management: Manage commercial contracts throughout their lifecycle from initial drafting and negotiation through to renewal variation and closeout.
Commercial Negotiation: Lead discussions with suppliers contractors and clients to secure commercially appropriate terms while maintaining strong working relationships.
Risk Management: Identify contractual and commercial risks and work with relevant stakeholders to develop practical mitigation strategies.
Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier and contractor performance against agreed terms service levels and commercial obligations.
Contract Review: Review pricing obligations service requirements liabilities and key contractual conditions before agreements are approved.
Commercial Reporting: Maintain clear records of contract performance financial commitments risks renewals and key commercial milestones.
Stakeholder Management: Work with internal departments and external partners to resolve contractual issues clarify responsibilities and support effective delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Review contracting processes templates and governance practices and recommend improvements that strengthen commercial control and efficiency.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in commercial contracts procurement contract management commercial operations or a closely related field.
Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management commercial terms supplier agreements service contracts and negotiation.
Commercial Awareness: Comfortable assessing cost value risk and contractual obligations when supporting business decisions.
Negotiation Skills: Confident negotiating with suppliers contractors clients and professional stakeholders while maintaining constructive relationships.
Analytical Skills: Able to review detailed commercial information identify potential risks and support decisions using clear evidence.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain contractual and commercial matters clearly to different audiences.
Organisation: Able to manage multiple agreements deadlines renewals and stakeholder requirements while maintaining accurate records.
Tools: Experience with contract management procurement ERP reporting or document management systems is preferred.
Mindset: You are commercially focused detail oriented and accountable. You approach negotiations with sound judgement remain composed when resolving complex contractual issues and continually look for ways to improve value reduce risk and strengthen business relationships.
Pay: £4,500.00-£5,400.00 per month
