Cafe Bar Assistant
Clock House Gainsborough is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and customer-focused Cafe Bar Assistant to join our team as we launch our newly refurbished and rebranded cafe bar concept.
This role will predominantly focus on our daytime operation, working alongside our team to deliver excellent customer service, high-quality drinks and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Typical hours:
Tuesday to Friday, 7:45am – 3:00pm
(Three of these four shifts with one or two additional weekly shifts in our restaurant operation)
Some flexibility will be required during holidays and busy periods. As part of the wider Clock House team, you will also be required to work at least one shift over the weekend within our steakhouse operation and assist during peak trading periods when required.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- A friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, bar or hospitality environment
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy setting
- A team-player mentality with a willingness to help across the business when needed
