Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead digital growth strategies across key business channels
- Oversee marketing, customer acquisition, brand visibility, and online engagement initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance, customer trends, and growth opportunities
- Work with creative, technical, sales, and operations teams to align business goals
- Prepare strategic reports, performance updates, and growth recommendations
- Support client development, partnership opportunities, and commercial planning
- Identify process improvements to strengthen digital performance and service delivery
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in digital growth, marketing strategy, business development, brand management, or commercial leadership
- Previous senior leadership or department-level management experience is preferred
- Experience working with digital campaigns, online platforms, or client-facing growth projects is an advantage

Pay: £68,000.00-£88,000.00 per year
