Salary: Up to £14.50 per hour inclusive of tronc

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Runner to join our fantastic team at our Chotto Matte Manchester location.
About the Role:
As a Runner, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our floor and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service. You’ll keep the restaurant running smoothly behind the scenes while helping create an unforgettable experience for every guest.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver food and drinks swiftly and accurately to guests’ tables
- Support the servers by clearing and resetting tables efficiently
- Communicate effectively between the floor and kitchen teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across service areas
- Help create a positive, energetic, and engaging atmosphere
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in a high-volume hospitality environment (preferred but not essential)
- A guest-first mindset with strong communication skills
- Energetic, approachable, and a natural team player
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and learning more about food & drink
Pay: Up to £14.50 per hour
