About the Role

We are a growing service-based business looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a customer service and scheduling role.
This position is heavily focused on responding to customer enquiries as they come in throughout the day, helping customers book services, answering questions, and ensuring excellent communication from first contact through to job completion.
You will also assist with scheduling work for field technicians and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the business.
As the business continues to grow, there may be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and progress within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a professional and timely manner.
- Speak with customers, provide information on services, and book appointments.
- Manage and maintain technician schedules and daily job allocations.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, bookings, and general queries.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and field staff to ensure smooth job completion.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and general administration tasks.
- Keep records and calendars organised and up to date.
Skills & Experience
- Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident speaking with customers and handling enquiries professionally.
- Highly organised with good attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email, calendars, invoicing systems, and basic office software.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt.
