About Us
MDL Powerup Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Workshop Technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who is keen to develop their skills. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out workshop duties, mainly assembly, but also including servicing, repairs, and general maintenance of equipment.
- Assist with preparing and inspecting equipment for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.
- Perform general yard duties, including moving and organising equipment.
- Load and unload vehicles as required.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Some mechanical experience is essential (professional or hobby-based experience considered).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good practical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
- Forklift truck experience is preferred but not essential.
