The Role – Metalworker/Welder
Key responsibilities
- Experience using various construction materials.
- Competency in mig and tig welding techniques.
- The ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Operate equipment such as shears, brake presses, section benders and saws to cut, bend, and shape metal.
- Perform quality checks to make sure the work meets the high end finish and standard we expect.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Hours – 40 hour week but overtime regularly available
Schedule – Monday to Friday
Job Type - Permanent
Ability to commute/relocate – RH1 3LG
Experience – At least 3 years in metalwork/welding
Salary – Starting at £17 per hour, but this will be dependent on experience
The Candidate
We are seeking a candidate who already has a strong skill set in metal work and welding. A demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, with an ambitious, can do attitude and meticulous attention to detail will suit this candidate perfectly.
