What you'll be doing day to day
You’ll work with entrepreneurial clients, providing guidance and support as their trusted advisor. Your key responsibilities include:
Leading client relationships
Monitoring budgets, time, and expenses
Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
Offering tax, accounting, and commercial advice
Resolving accounting and tax issues
Ensuring compliance with firm standards
Maintaining long-term client relationships through effective communication
Discussing significant findings with the engagement Partner
Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to clients
About you
ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, with relevant experience in a similar role
Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships
Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff
Organised, accurate, flexible and able to plan use of time efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues, with the aptitude to quickly build rapport
Excellent written and oral communication skills
