About the Role:
We are a growing property company seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Handyman to support the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of a residential property portfolio.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining properties to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general property maintenance and repairs
- Responding to maintenance issues raised by tenants
- Basic plumbing tasks (e.g. fixing leaks, replacing taps, unblocking sinks)
- Minor electrical works (e.g. changing light fittings, sockets)
- Carpentry work such as door repairs, locks, handles, and adjustments
- Painting, decorating, and basic plaster repairs
- Tiling repairs and small patchwork
- Conducting property inspections and identifying issues
- Completing snagging and end-of-tenancy works
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Liaising with management regarding larger repair works
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in general property maintenance or handyman work
- Multi-skilled across plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs, internal and external
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues independently
- Good attention to detail and pride in quality of work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Full UK driving licence preferred
