Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and directing them appropriately
- Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and relay messages promptly to the relevant departments or personnel
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Support office operations by processing mail, managing supplies inventory, and assisting with document preparation
- Record visitor logs, monitor security protocols, and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to streamline daily workflows and improve overall office efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism
- Previous administrative experience is highly desirable to handle diverse office tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for interacting confidently with visitors and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar office software
