What Youll Do
Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 lessons for children and adults
Make lessons fun, structured, and tailored to each swimmers needs
Use the Swim England Learn to Swim (LTS) framework
Share your expertise in technical strokes, skills, and drills
Create a welcoming, positive experience for swimmers and their families
Occasionally lead small group lessons on Saturdays and during school holidays
What Youll Bring
ASA Level 2 Swimming Teacher or STA Award/Certificate (essential)
At least 2 years experience in the swimming industry
Great time management, communication, and a flexible approach
IOS membership desirable
When Youll Teach (cover for term time)
