PRODUCTION OPERATIVE

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join our production team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
As a Production Operative, you will play a key role in the manufacture, assembly, inspection, and packing of products, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key duties include:
· Operating production machinery and equipment
· Assembling, inspecting, and packing products
· Conducting quality checks and basic testing
· Following production procedures and work instructions
· Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
· Working collaboratively to achieve production targets
· Reporting machinery faults or quality concerns
What We're Looking For
· Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Good communication and organisational skills
· Able to follow procedures and work safely to production targets
· Basic numeracy and literacy skills
· Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided
