About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Sign Manufacturer / CNC & Embroidery Operative to join our busy production team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving the manufacture of road signs, support with CNC, embroidery and DTF machinery, order fulfilment, and general warehouse duties.
Duties:
- Manufacture road signs to the required specification and quality standards.
- Assist with the operation of CNC machinery, embroidery and DTF printing equipment.
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
- Support stock control activities, including stock takes.
- Keep work areas clean, organised and safe
- Assist with general office and operational duties where required
About You:
- Experience in sign manufacturing and/or working with CNC, embroidery or DTF machines is desirable.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A practical, hands-on approach to work.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Basic IT skills.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
