Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ACCA-qualified Account Manager to join our dynamic financial services team. Leasehold/service charge accounting experience essential.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial management and accounting software, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial services and reporting, estate/leasehold experience
- Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and other relevant platforms to maintain precise financial records. operating CRM software - trainig will be provided but if you have any experience on Veco software would be beneficial.
- Oversee accounts payable processes and support clients with financial accounting tasks
- Provide expert advice on financial management strategies and optimise clients’ financial performance
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development
- Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalised service
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and legislation
- Maintain and reconcile main bank account and handle any queries/resolve where other team members are having problems
Experience
- ACCA qualification or equivalent professional accounting certification
- Proven experience in financial services or accounting roles with a focus on financial management
- Extensive knowledge of accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, and other recognised platforms
- Demonstrable experience in managing accounts payable and receivable processes
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Previous mentoring or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
