SELF-EMPLOYED BARBER

Refined Male Grooming is looking for an experienced self-employed barber to join our growing team.
We’re a modern, premium barbershop based in the heart of Leigh, focused on providing quality barbering in a relaxed, professional environment.
As we continue to establish and grow Refined, we’re looking for the right barber to come in, build their chair and become a genuine part of the shop.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced and confident in all aspects of modern barbering
- Reliable, professional and well presented
- Friendly and comfortable speaking with clients
- Passionate about providing a high-quality service
- Able to work independently on a self-employed basis
- Motivated to build and retain their own client base
- Comfortable taking both appointments and walk-ins
- Someone who takes pride in their work and their workspace
- Keen to contribute to the growth and atmosphere of Refined

EXPERIENCE
We’re currently looking for an established barber who can come in and work confidently from day one.
This position would therefore be better suited to an experienced barber rather than someone looking for an apprenticeship or training position.
