Compliance Officer Part-Time

Hours: 20 hours per week (hours to be agreed)

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working accurately, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in helping maintain the high quality and safety standards our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with internal compliance audits and record findings.
- Prepare, update, and monitor packaging specifications to ensure they meet company standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Help maintain accurate compliance documentation and records.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure packaging and product information remains up to date.
- Support continuous improvements to our compliance processes.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent numeracy and English language skills.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook (Email).
- Is well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Has a positive, flexible approach and is willing to learn.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team while also being able to manage their own workload.
- Can communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues.
Previous experience in a compliance, quality, food manufacturing, or administrative role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
