HGV Class 2 Driver – Immediate Start – Bury St Edmunds

We are seeking reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Curtainside Drivers to join our team in the Bury St Edmunds area. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for consistent work, strong rates, and a supportive team environment.
Pay Rates:
- £17.00 per hour – Days
- £18.00 per hour – Nights
The Role:
As a Class 2 Curtainside Driver, you will be responsible for general haulage deliveries, including multi-drop palletised goods:
- Multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods
- Driving a curtainside HGV Class 2 vehicle
- General haulage
- Trunking and tramping available
- Daily vehicle checks and completion of delivery paperwork
- Ensuring safe and timely transportation of goods
- Ongoing work available
- Temp-to-perm opportunities (tramping roles)
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- Valid CPC
- Valid Digi Tacho Card
- Multi-drop experience preferred, but not essential
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
