Skills and Qualifications
· Experience: Proven experience within a franchised automotive dealership service department. Experience with VAG, Renault, Nissan, or Hyundai networks is highly desirable but not essential.
· Communication: Exceptional face-to-face and telephone communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong IT literacy, with the ability to master dealer management systems quickly.
· Attributes: A confident, approachable demeaner combined with excellent problem-solving initiative.
· Education: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above in Mathematics and English.
