Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will also be expected to work with our existing clients and deal with day to day requests and admin. Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Develop customised proposals and presentations to attract potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to maximise retention and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective strategies for client acquisition.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into active clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for management review.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanour.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at various levels of an organisation.
- Experience in analysing market data and developing strategic plans for growth is advantageous.
