Assistant Restaurant Manager
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help deliver an outstanding experience for our customers.
You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant, lead and support the team, and maintain high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager with the daily operation of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with staff rotas, training and performance management.
- Ensure food safety, health and safety and company standards are maintained.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock levels, wastage and ordering.
- Support cash handling and daily financial procedures.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming restaurant environment.
- Step up and take responsibility for the restaurant in the Manager's absence.

- Has previous experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Is confident leading and motivating a team.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Can work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Is organised, reliable and able to solve problems quickly.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Is flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.
