Tassee2 Ltd is a Northern Ireland based franchise company that runs the VodafoneThree stores in Belfast, Londonderry, Newry, Enniskillen, Craigavon, Omagh, Magherafelt and Coleraine. In addition we run a growing Webchat business from our Omagh site. You will be employed by Tassee2 Ltd and working within the VodafoneThree retail store. So you get the best of both worlds by working for a local business alongside a global brand.
What will you be doing? This is an outstanding opportunity to lead one of our flagship stores in Northern Ireland. We are seeking a highly motivated, sales and people oriented Retail Manager and Leader to lead our VodafoneThree Londonderry store. In this role, you will lead a motivated team to exceed customer expectations, understand their needs, build trust and create a personal experience to be remembered. You will have full responsibility for the overall management of the branch, fully supported by a locally developed and based Management Team.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a level-headed, sales & people focused Leader. Strong operational experience combined with energy and engagement with your teams and customers will enable you to thrive in this role. You will be commercially minded, organised, and passionate about delivering results. Experience in a sales and customer focused retail environment is highly desirable. It can be a demanding role and you’ll need to be able to commit to some weekend work as well as weekdays, but for the right person, it’s an amazing opportunity.
