We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our Team and continue the growth of our exciting Restaurant Ten Tables which was awarded 1 Rosette for the second year.
The Restaurant is an intimate venue with just Ten Tables catering for both Hotel Residents and external Diners, the Restaurant is now a firm favourite with the locals.
This is a single Chef kitchen and a opportunity for a talented Chef to really make a name for themselves locally and have full control over the Menu and its creation with the support of the Owner.
The menu is created using only fresh seasonal produce and is cooked to Rosette standards.
The Restaurant open for Dinner service only Tuesday through to Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday.
Salary up to £35,000 per annum plus tips of circa £400 per month.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Single Chef Kitchen managing all aspects of the Kitchen
Produce high quality meals using fresh seasonal produce for the Hotels Restaurant, Weddings & Functions.
Full control over Menu creation for the Restaurant & Banqueting
Ordering/Stock control
Oversee and maintain Health & Safety standards and COSHH
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience at Senior Sous Chef/Head Chef level
Cooking to Michelin/ Rosette Standard
Creative flair with a passion for food
Due to location you must drive with access to your own vehicle
Sunday - Monday OFF
