GetSetGo! is a dedicated learn-to-swim academy focused on delivering exceptional swimming lessons in modern, purpose-built venues. As part of our ambitious growth to become the UK's biggest urban swim school, we’re looking for a passionate and organised Assistant Swim Manager to support our team on site.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Team Support: Assist in managing, inspiring, and developing a high-performing swim instructor team.
✅ Customer Experience: Ensure every lesson is exceptional, providing outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
✅ Operations & Compliance: Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day venue operations, from scheduling and maintenance to health & safety.
✅ Retention & Growth: Help drive student engagement, optimise class schedules, and implement initiatives to improve client satisfaction.
Requirements (Must-Haves):
✔ Strong communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
✔ Passion for high-quality customer service and engagement
✔ Knowledge of health & safety, and compliance
✔ Ability to assist with scheduling, coordination, and staff management
✔ Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Have):
➕ STA/ASA Level 2 Swimming Instructor qualification
➕Experience supporting or managing a team
➕ Pool Plant Operator certification
➕ Experience using CoursePro or similar booking systems
➕ Background in customer service at a swim school setting
➕ Experience in handling client concerns and improving retention rates
