- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained for optimal performance
- Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent, high-quality service that encourages repeat visits
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility and skill
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of understanding client needs and providing clear guidance
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive client experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
