The Lamphey Hall Hotel is looking for a General Manager to run this busy quality Rooms Only venue, as well as oversee the nearby sister hotel in Tenby.
You will be required to be responsible for the hotel in all aspects of running a busy hospitality business. Duties will include staff management, ordering and stock control, with inputs & responsibilities into the daily management of the entire hotel operation.
You will be the point of contact for both staff and customers alike, you must have excellent customer service skills, a fantastic attitude & work ethic, be willing to learn, and be able to work in and lead a small team. We are looking for candidates with a strong accommodation background, and who have solid experience in a management role and the right all-round candidate who can be involved in the management of all departments including overseeing front office and house-keeping in two hotels
This is very much a hands-on management role focusing on all areas, but especially Accommodation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant / Duty or Deputy Manager in a small quality hotel, although not necessary as full training will be given to the right candidate.
This is a full-time position that would equally suit someone who is looking to develop their skills within a small hotel environment, and able to focus on more than just the one hotel as well as being involved in every aspect of the business.
