Still Sisters | Frome, Trowbridge & External Events up to 1 hour from site.
Part-Time / Temporary / Seasonal – Until 31st December 2026
Still Sisters is a small, independent, female-founded distillery, and we're looking for brilliant people to join us for our busiest season – Autumn & Christmas 2026.
This is a varied role covering our distilleries, Christmas markets, festivals and events, with some weekday opportunities in production, packing and dispatch too.

A huge part of Still Sisters is our story, our people and the experience we give our customers.
We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about what they're selling, isn't afraid to start a conversation and can bring our brand and values to life.
We'll teach you about our history, products and brand story, giving you the knowledge and key talking points you need. From there, we want you to bring your own personality!
You'll be confident recommending and upselling products, engaging with new people and creating the kind of experience that means customers remember who Still Sisters are and want to come back.
What could you be doing?
- Front of house at our Frome or Trowbridge distillery
- Serving drinks and cocktails
- Supporting tastings, experiences and private events
- Working at Christmas markets, festivals and external events
- Selling, recommending and talking confidently about our products
- Setting up and packing down events
- Weekday production, packing and dispatch support
For the right person, there's also the opportunity to take ownership of shifts, including independently running a distillery shift or leading an external event once fully trained and confident.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Confident, friendly and great with people
- Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations
- Interested in learning and sharing our story
- Happy selling, recommending and upselling
- Reliable, proactive and able to use their initiative
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Happy to get stuck in!
Previous hospitality, retail, sales or events experience is useful but not essential.
A driving licence and/or access to your own transport is advantageous, particularly for external events.
Applicants must be 18+ due to the sale and service of alcohol.
Hours
Most shifts will be Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, including some evenings, with additional weekday opportunities during busy periods.
Hours will vary depending on events, bookings and seasonal demand, and we cannot guarantee a minimum number of hours each week. November and December are likely to be our busiest months.
Contract ends 31st December 2026.

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
