We serve trending asian fusion sushi, poke bowl and sushi burrito, target on fast growing take away market.
KITCHEN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Full sushi making/customer service training will be provided.
You will support the other team member and be expected to deliver exceptional food quality and customer service.

- Can remember our products on menu
- Process guests’ orders through the POS system
- introduce our products and assist customer to make decision
- Deliver orders to the chefs/preparing and packing orders
- arrange stock in order
- cutting fish/preparing food ingredients
- making sushi
- able to work in fast paced environment
- Ensure that the portion of food being packed or served is appropriate
- Answer the telephone and deal with an enquiry
- Keep shop space clean and tidy, pot wash/opening&closing shop
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene
- Previous restaurant or serving experience is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: £12.71-£14.00 per hour
