Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
- Monitor team KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular feedback and support.
- Identify training needs and coordinate development plans to upskill team members.
- Manage account allocation and performance reviews.
- Champion employee engagement and wellbeing within your team.
Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of key strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships across multiple regions.
- Ensure service delivery exceeds contractual obligations and client expectations.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive growth and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client goals with thebigword’s capabilities.
- Monitor account performance, revenue, and profitability, and report regularly to leadership.
- Support contract renewals, re-bids, and strategic planning initiatives.
