Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various sites. Duties
- Install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, systems, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and power tools to diagnose faults effectively
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure electrical systems meet safety regulations and operational standards
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately
- Perform upgrades or modifications to existing electrical systems as required
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical codes and safety regulations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to complete tasks efficiently and safely
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, wire strippers, etc.
- Experience with power tools including drills, saws, and testing equipment
- Solid background in electrical systems installation and maintenance
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics with precision
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical faults effectively
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure safety standards are upheld at all times

Pay: £32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
