About the Role
We are seeking a Qualified / Approved Electrician to join our team. The main stream of works will be carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within social housing. You will also have the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial and industrial projects, ensuring the highest standards of installation, maintenance, and compliance with electrical safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out EICRs primarily in social housing environments
- Perform electrical testing, inspection, and reporting in line with current regulations
- Undertake remedial works where required to ensure compliance
- Work on a range of commercial and industrial electrical installations
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and quality on all projects
Requirements
- Fully Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent testing & inspection qualification) essential
- Approved Electrician status (JIB card desirable)
- Strong knowledge of current IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
- Previous experience working within social housing is advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
