Duties
- Deliver professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to individual client preferences
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work station in accordance with health and safety standards
- Consult with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer expert advice on styles and treatments
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery
- Uphold high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and safety at all times
- Assist with retail sales of hair care products where appropriate
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with relevant qualifications preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, punctual, and professional attitude towards work commitments
