You will provide the Urgent Emergency Care Services (part of hospitals urgent emergency care division) with responsive advice on any issues which have Human Resources implications. These will include service planning, change management, employee relations and recruitment, selection and retention. Your guidance will e nable and support the development of high quality care environments which consistently exceed both statutory and CQC requirements.
Suitable for someone who has the capability and drive to provide sound HR advice to the Urgent Emergency Care Services recognising the challenges they face. You will work with the HR Business Partner to ensure the services are operating lawfully and respecting the values of our organisation in managing their workforce to ensure the provision of high quality services.
