We're looking for an ambitious and commercially focused General Manager to lead our Lakeside café. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven hospitality leader who can inspire teams, drive sales, deliver operational excellence and create memorable moments for every guest.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- Creating a positive and energetic culture that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
- Driving sales, profitability and business growth.
- Ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, presentation and cleanliness.
- Managing labour, stock and operating costs effectively.
- Championing local marketing initiatives and community engagement.
- Maintaining compliance with all food safety, health & safety and company standards.

What We're Looking For
- Previous General Manager, Store Manager or Restaurant Manager experience in hospitality or retail.
- A passionate leader who gets the best from people.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving sales and performance.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for delivering amazing guest experiences.
