The Role :
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable production operatives to join our team. This is a hands on position in a fast paced environment where a good attention to detail is required.

Requirements & Skills
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials safely.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to all stages of the manufacturing process. (Cutting, Sanding, Staining, Packing, Housekeeping, Unloading Containers)
- Operate machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
- Able to lift and carry items in accordance with safe manual handling practices
- Comfortable working with wood dust and noise while wearing appropriate PPE.

- Maintain high standards of workmanship and housekeeping.
Pay: £24,784.50 per year
