Job Summary
Our client is a leading coffee house in Cheltenham looking to grow their vibrant team with a Part-time Barista.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
- Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including coffee machines, counters, and seating areas
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or snacks to complement beverage offerings
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly without compromising quality
Ideals:
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments with a friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts
- Willingness to learn about food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
